Portal Prodigy, Inc Announces Its New Support Center is Now Online

Robbinsville, NJ – June 28, 2004 — “In the interest of keeping our customers' cost low and performance high, we now provide an assortment of self-help and community support tools free of charge. Of course, our paid support Technicians and Internet Business Consultants and Architects remain ready to serve at our scheduled per incident and hourly rates.” That’s the latest news announcement by Stephen M. Reuning, President of Portal Prodigy, Inc.  The new Portal Prodigy Support Center offers the following:

 

  • Knowledgebase - A wealth of information is available to all registered Super Users and IBCA's from our document library. Browse the library by category or search by keyword

  • Development History - A collection of documents tracking Portal Prodigy's software development. These are provided for context only. They were working documents at the time they were created and may not necessarily document implementation as it ultimately occurred.
