Tasks can be manually created from Administrative Request
Entry, Request Administration, and Tickler Notes. Tasks can also be automatically created when
new Requests are entered. This is done
using a Request Template. All tasks are
copied from the Request Template to the Request.
Creating Tasks involves selecting a Task Type from a list
box, entering an additional description in a memo field and optionally
assigning the Task to a group or individual.
Additionally a Task may be flagged as a Milestone, flagged as
Deliverable, and have documents (files) attached to it. Scheduled Start and Completion dates may be
entered as well as budgeted hours and budgeted cost.
