View a Summary of Form and Questionnaire Submissions

 

Add a Survey

 

1. Read the chapter titled “Surveys Features in Detail” in the Administration Manual.

 

2. Click on the Surveys browse icon on the Site Administration Menu page.

 

3. On the Search for Survey Topics page enter search criteria and click on Search button. (Entering no criteria and clicking Search button will locate all notes).

 

4. Click on the title of the desired form in the Found Surveys table.

 

5. Click on the View button located at the bottom of the Survey Management page.
