Search for Ticklers and Notes

 

1. Read the Chapter in Administration Manual titled “Tickler/Notes - Task, Action and Prospect Organizer”

 

2. Verify that Notes feature is activated

 

3. Click Tickler/Notes search icon located on Site Administration Menu.

 

4. Enter search criteria and click on Search button. (Entering no criteria and clicking Search button will locate all notes).

 

5. Click on Tickler Notes Directories link if you wish to customize fields displayed in Found Notes report table columns.

 

6. Click on appropriate row in Found Notes table to open record.
